Biography

Home is the first thing I learned to take seriously.

I was born in the Philippines, the daughter of a United States Navy sailor. My father's service meant that home was something we built and rebuilt — one duty station, one set of boxes, one new neighborhood at a time. By the time my family settled in Ventura County, I understood what every military family understands: that a house is a building, but a home takes work, and care, and the right people around you.

That's the perspective I bring to every transaction. My practice was built on a small circle of clients — investors, principals, families with property to protect or build upon — and a deep respect for the families who serve our country. I represent buyers and sellers across coastal Southern California, and I take particular pride in helping military families navigate PCS moves into and out of the region.

More than twenty-five years in, the philosophy hasn't changed. Take the time to understand the property, the math, and what the client actually wants — then make the right call. My clients know I'll tell them when a deal isn't worth doing, and they trust me more for it.

Service to those who serve.

My father wore the uniform of the United States Navy. I know what a PCS order does to a family, what a deployment timeline does to escrow, and how much it matters to find the right neighborhood, the first time, when you only have a window of weeks.

Active-duty service members, veterans, and military spouses receive priority response and discounted representation across Ventura County and coastal Southern California — whether you're moving in to NBVC Port Hueneme, Point Mugu, the Channel Islands, or out to your next duty station.

The same priority and respect extends to first responders— firefighters, law-enforcement officers, EMTs, and dispatchers. Their work is near and dear to my heart, and showing up for them — on their schedule, on their terms — is the least I can do in return.

For incoming families

School-zone walk-throughs, base-proximity advisory, VA-loan-friendly listings, virtual tours for those still stationed elsewhere.

For outbound families

Tight-window listing prep, a seller rent-back agreement (staying in the home briefly after close) when timing slips, and rental conversion if you're keeping the property as an investment.

Principles

Four things I believe.

01

Quality over quantity.

I take on a small number of mandates each year. Every client gets the time and attention their transaction deserves — not a fraction of it.

02

Discretion is non-negotiable.

My investor and luxury clients expect privacy. NDAs, private showings, careful handling of family or estate situations — I treat your business like it's my own.

03

Numbers tell the truth.

I underwrite every property like an investor would, regardless of what we're buying or selling. The sentiment is real — that's exactly why the numbers have to be.

04

Relationships compound.

Almost every engagement arrives by referral or from a client I've already represented. There is no greater endorsement, and no metric I value more.

Timeline

A chronology.

Origins

Born in the Philippines. Daughter of a United States Navy sailor — childhood spent moving between duty stations, learning early what it means to make a home, and what it means to leave one.

Arrival

The family settles in Ventura County. The coast becomes home — the first one she chooses, not one she's stationed in.

2001

Earned her California real estate license. First sale in Camarillo within ninety days.

2006

Began first investor advisory engagements — a focus that would come to define the practice.

2012

Established GC Pro Realty as her personal practice — operating under Professional Realty (Lee & Jackson Financial Services, Inc.).

2018

Coverage extended into Santa Barbara County, by client request. Occasional work into Orange County and Riverside County followed for long-standing clients.

2019

Founded Lifeline Stays — a separately-operated hospitality service for furnished 30+ day housing across Santa Barbara and Ventura counties. Running it gives the practice operator-level insight into the short- and mid-term rental market.

2026

Twenty-five years licensed, without interruption. Almost every engagement still arrives by referral.

Common questions

Before we’re introduced.

The questions I get most often, plainly answered. More on the FAQ page →

What areas of Southern California do you cover?

Most of my work sits in Ventura County (Ventura, Ojai, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, the Conejo Valley) and Santa Barbara County (Carpinteria, Montecito, Hope Ranch). I also work selectively in Orange County and Riverside County for long-standing clients, and occasionally along the Malibu coast when a client engagement calls for it.

Do you take on first-time buyers, or only investors?

Both. The practice is built around quality of relationship, not transaction size — first-time buyers receive the same care as investor clients. I do specialize in investor advisory, 1031 exchanges, and multifamily, but a thoughtful first home matters just as much.

Are you the brokerage, or do you work for a brokerage?

GC Pro Realty is my personal practice. I am a licensed agent (CA DRE #01256471) operating under Lee & Jackson Financial Services, Inc., dba Professional Realty (CA DRE #01018142) — that is the brokerage of record for every transaction.

What if the property I'm looking for isn't currently listed?

Buyer-side sourcing through long-standing relationships is part of the work. If you're searching for something specific in Ventura County or coastal Santa Barbara, the right starting point is a quiet conversation about your criteria — what fits, what doesn't, and what tends to come up in the submarkets you care about. Properties that ultimately go to market still go to market through MLS; the value of the relationship is hearing about a possible fit earlier in the conversation.

Do you work with military families and first responders?

Yes. As the daughter of a Navy sailor, I have a particular focus on PCS moves into and out of NBVC Port Hueneme, Point Mugu, and the broader region. I work alongside a VA-specialist mortgage loan originator (MLO) familiar with military lending programs, and I'm familiar with the shift schedules that make showings hard to coordinate.
