How I work with investors & principals.
Five engagement types, each tailored to the client and the asset. A small roster of relationships, taken seriously — most spanning many years.
The practice has been deliberately shaped around the work I’m most particular about. Investment advisory and 1031 exchange choreography make up the longest-running parts; estates and multifamily representation are the work that asks for the most discretion and the most patience; short-term and mid-term rental strategy sits beside the investor work for clients building cash-flow inventory; and a dedicated practice for service families and first responders threads through all of it, given Naval Base Ventura County's presence and my own family background. Each engagement starts with a conversation about what you actually want, and the discipline of saying so when something doesn't fit.
The roster stays small on purpose. Most of my clients arrive by referral and stay through multiple transactions. The relationships are the work.
