Market Notes.

Quarterly reads on the regional submarkets.

Market Notes are written quarter-to-quarter for sophisticated readers — the way I'd brief a private-client wealth advisor or a 1031 attorney. Directional, specific, and disciplined about what I do and don't know yet. The discipline behind a good market read is refusing to fabricate precision: the cap-rate band moved meaningfully or it didn't, the days-on-market widened or it didn't, the sub-$2M tier behaves differently than the $5M+ tier — say so without inventing decimals.
